What You’ll Need
- 1 cup of water
- 2 mixing bowls
- 1 bottle clear Elmer’s glue (5 fl oz)
- Spatula or spoon
- Green glitter or charms
- ½ teaspoon of borax
Instructions
1. Prep your Bowls
Pour ½ cup of water into each of the two bowls. You’ll use one for the glue mixture and the other for the activator.
2. Mix the glue base
Empty the bottle of clear Elmer’s glue into one of the bowls with water. Stir until the glue and water are fully combined into a smooth mixture.
3. Add some sparkle
Add a generous amount of green glitter or themed confetti and charms to the glue mixture. Stir well to evenly distribute the sparkle.
4. Make the activator
In the second bowl, dissolve ½ teaspoon of Borax into the water. Stir until completely dissolved.
5. Combine both mixtures
Slowly pour the Borax solution into the glue bowl while stirring continuously. The slime will begin to form immediately.
6. Knead and play
Once the slime thickens, use your hands to knead it for a few minutes until it becomes stretchy and no longer sticky.
