Supplies You’ll Need:
- White paper
- Four colors of paint for tulips
- Green paint for stems and leaves
- Paintbrush
- Plastic or metal fork
- Paper plate for paint
How to Make the Fork Tulip Craft:
Step 1: Prepare the paint
Squeeze small amounts of each paint color onto a paper plate. Choose bright spring colors like pink, red, yellow, and purple for your tulips.
Step 2: Dip the fork
Take your fork and dip the underside (the curved part) into one of the paint colors. Make sure the paint coats the fork evenly for the best tulip print.
Step 3: Stamp the tulips
Press the painted fork onto your white paper. Rock it gently from top to bottom to create a full tulip shape. Repeat this step with different colors across the page to build a garden of flowers.
Step 4: Add stems and leaves
Using green paint and a paintbrush, draw stems connecting to the base of each tulip. Then add leaves to complete your flower scene.
Let the artwork dry, and you’re done. It’s that simple!
